Ojojo is made from water yam
1 kg. of freshwater yam
1 tablespoonful of chili pepper
1 small onion salt oil shrimps
1 magi cube
- Chop the onion
- Peel, wash and grate yam
- Beat in salt, pepper and chopped onion
- Add shrimps and magi
- Taste for salt, and add more as desired.
- Deep dry in deep oil.
- Serve hot with hot pap or agidi.
